I treat my arms and legs like a domestic violence relationship. The more abuse you put into it, the more swollen they get

I like that statement "they treat it like an after taught". 💪🏾✊🏾😎💯💪🏾

I tried lifting heavy for biceps at first. It caused me pain. Then, I did low weight and high reps and got better results with less pain. Now that I'm stronger, and my technique is better, I can train heavy without pain.

A research was done for that and according to it 1 group did only compound exercise and no isolation for bicep and tricep and the other group did compound lift and isolation exercises of bicep and tricep both groups found equal growth in size of there arms. So you guys decide now.

it's because changing numbers in smaller lifts takes long. in a squat, there are so many factors that can improve to result in being able to lift +5kg. but on the single joint exercises, you can observe, how long it actually takes to build muscle.

I like John Meadow’s approach to training arms. In his experience going real heavy on curls lead to elbow pain as time went on, so he mixes up the movements and keeps it very strict with lower weight, and focuses on quality reps.

Biceps are sort of unique in that way, progressive overload still applies, but I don’t think it’s to the same degree as most other lifts.

Nothing replaces WORK. Be brutal to your arms, your arms will grow. Works for everything else, too.

For me it's the reverse arms are my favourite, I suck at bench and deadlift and I hate them

Im not saying don't train heavy hard or to fail on arms, because you should. But i reslly don't think u need to be 1 rep maxing ur strict curl like u would on SBD lol or doing 5x5s on rope push downs but training with good form and weight heavy enough for like 8-12 rep sets or more works perfect for me and put 2.5 inches on my arms the past year
