Calisthenics got you strong and defined af, ive been training for almost a year and the hardest skill I can do is an L sit for 35 seconds at max.

Nice. I’m trying to get very big with basic calisthenics bodyweight exercises. So I do very slow reps with isometrics added and to failure. It’s working so far.

For anyone who is working out, and reads this comment, focus on your goal, wether that goal is to be a calisthenics beast, or just a jacked body builder, focus on that goal, and don’t care what others say to bring you down, only focus on those that wish to build you up, stay healthy.

bro id recommend changing your pull up bar, that shit is dangerous asf you should instead change to a free standing or build one yourself that is connected to a wall or a doorway in that way its a lot more safer when doing explosive pull ups or freestyles, and that pull up bar your using is damaging the paint and your doorframe if that pull up bar and it that bar aint gonna hold for long

Eating a lot makes you big .. doesnt Matter ... You can train Gym or calisthenics If you Dont eat the right way you wont grow ... I did both but i Love staying lean and doing calisthenics .. it feels better during my normal Life
