Love all these exercises. Incline barbell bench is quite possibly my favorite movement, followed by seated dumbbell military press.. third might be weighted dips, you can isolate tri’s or hit your lower chest pretty damn well too.

I would add dips, but have shoulder problems.

My 11 choices:
Squat

Deadlift (either dumbell or barbell)

Dumbell curls (I can do so many variants, hammer, normal, reversed, spider etc)

Overhead tricep extention but if I'd be able dips

Military press

Dumbell lateral raises

Reverse cable raises

Dumbell incline press

Dumbell bench press

Lat pulldown but if I'd be able pull ups

Barbell row
