Shrug, do every form of lift like deadlift, rack pulls, upright rows, farmer and suitcase carries, snatch, whatever is gonna involve bringing ur scapula back. Up AND down.

I'd go with shrugs and upright rows (with dumbbells or rope).

Normal dumble but heavy shrugs will do 😂 just for social media you don’t have to do this Mr. Garage. Progressive overload and 2-3 times a week that’s all you need guys 😂

I dig this advice, heavy cleans are good trap work too, especially if you isolate the second pull like you're doing with these snatches. Good stuff!

Frankly, my go to for traps is just savage thrower style high hang power cleans ...so basically take a grip for a clean, then deadlift the weight, lower the bar to a few inches above the knee, and pull like a savage into a power clean, and repeat. But I can test the pump snatch, I just know for a lot of people, a power clean will allow them to use a lot more load than a weight they can snatch ... I've been able to power clean 245lbs but the snatch is so technical my pr there is only 135lbs. But yes I agree you do have to be athletic to pull off snatching for volume.

That weighted stretch at the bottom range of motion increases mTor and causes hypertrophy/hyperplasia in the trapezius
