Common Mistake #8 that ages men: Getting married.

My hair started going grey in my twenties, it's a family thing. It never bothered me. I always said, "At least it's not falling out." Then, when I entered my fifties, it started doing exactly that. 😂

I decided to embrace it and shaved my head and never looked back. Whatever you've got, rock it like you don't give a damn.

I started going bald when I was 25. I tried covering it over for a few years then on holiday one time I went over it with clippers and took it all off. I’m 81 now and have never looked back, much prefer it buzzed off. People think I’m much younger than my age. My best tip for staying young is keep your belly slim.

The no effort bit played a huge factor in my looks. I used to be 330 lbs at my heaviest, took control of my health and now I'm at 183 lbs. Before people used to think I was in my mid 30s, when I slimmed down and started leading a healthier lifestyle people were actually seeing me for my age (I'm 28 now). Seriously fellas, take care of yourselves. You've only got one body so treat it with the respect it deserves.

I have seen once you get older, 50 plus and financially secure, none of this matters anymore. Those guys have paid their dues in life. They are happy with her and just as happy without her... and women can sense it. They do what they want. Most young guys should learn from this.

I was twenty when a girlfriend introduced me to a simple routine of cleaning and moisturising my skin. Now I am sixty and sending thanks to my one time sweetheart for making me look younger.

Trimming nose hair is a must. Its not just about appearances, but also because nose hair can irritate the area around your nostrils if they get long enough.

Well said, Courtney. I’m definitely going to try to be the best version of myself. Your hair is amazing.

Love to watch your videos. I always either learn something useful or have some of the things I've been doing already confirmed by you as being good. You have such a relaxing presence & manner of speaking that it's like a little therapy session. Thank you for all the tips!💫

I know I get a real thrill when I ask a new acquaintance what my age is, most guess that I’m 48 thru maybe late 50’s … I keep my hair cut and beard trimmed… I’m actually 73, but I also have a youthful outlook…. Enjoy your vids Courtney ❤️❤️❤️

I've always been great at taking care of myself thankfully. I'm 31 but look way younger. I just watch your videos for the occasional piece of info I don't know, or to get a perspective from someone out there who knows what's up and cares about self care. This was a pretty good video and I think men can really take a lot away from this one.

Our solution to retirement is to transition slowly into our retirement. At 63 and 64, we get plenty of time off from our employment, and have the opportunity to reduce the amount of time we spend working. Our financial situation is such that we don’t need to continue working to make ends meet, but wish to transition gradually away from the lifestyle of our working routine and interacting with our work contacts, to developing new relationships with others that are like ourselves moving into full retirement. And your advice to keep on top of your health and knowing that you are fit and have no underlying health concerns, is spot on advice. Stay on top of your health ! Great video, and good advice for everyone in the pre-retirement position.

Thank you @CourtneyRyan You are definitely helping out guys like me who are so busy in other areas of their life that they have no clue of styles and its effects. Really like your kind way of explaining things. A little empathy goes a long way

This is a great video--lots of valuable tips! The best part is that NONE of these require major adjustments or expense--just a more meticulous awareness of your daily grooming habits and having a more mature fashion sense. Anybody can incorporate these strategies if they put their mind to it!!
