Hi, How do you condition your wrists to avoid pain in the ulnar side of the forearm? Im taking weeks for rest and intend to focus on wrist strenghtening a lot, because got insane pain just for training tuck planche in two months. If you have another idea to deal with it i would appreaciate too xD

I can no longer keep my legs very flexed. My tuck planche looks more like an advanced one. Maybe it's a lack of hip mobility?
