Ingredients:
- 45 grams of medium-coarse ground coffee
- 742.5 grams (ml) of water (1:16.5 coffee-to-water ratio)
Instructions:
Heat Water: Boil water and let it cool for about 30-60 seconds to reach the ideal temperature of around 200°F (93°C).
Prepare Coffee: Measure 45 grams of medium-coarse ground coffee.
Add Coffee to French Press: Place the ground coffee in the French press.
Add Water: Pour 742.5 grams (ml) of hot water over the coffee grounds.
Leave it alone!
Brew: Place the lid on the French press without pressing down the plunger and let it steep for 4 minutes.
Break the Crust: After 4 minutes, use a spoon to break the crust that forms on top and give it a gentle stir.
