Excellent....simply put it’s all about the sound, love the simplicity of your lessons, a great way to take the over thinking out of learning and keeping it fun and achievable 👍

Hi Jack,
How about moving on to the blues scale in C. Most useful thing ever.

Your enthusiasm literally inspires me so much. 5 years on guitar and piano is filling so many gaps in my playing and especially in finding my own voice in my playing. Just wanted to let you know that you have personally impacted my life in a very positive way and I look forward to learning more from you sir!

Hey Jack, love these vids, very clear and straightforward. You're an excellent practical instructor, even if your fingering is a bit questionable.
Could you try to teach the kids how to play around the circle, but without all the theory that'll scare them off? That'd be quite an accomplishment.

F#/Gb, the hardest key? Maybe on paper. Funny enough, I find the key of E the hardest to play. B and F# feel completely natural once you know them, but E... that takes drilling to get right.

Works for any key? Where's the any key?

I stumbled upon your how to play C Major videos right after this one:

This video talks about how the Beatles changed pop music composition describing music theory with their famous songs. He blew my mind when he described the intro to I Am The Walrus and how it modulates chords 8 times before the vocals start, but dammit if they don't all flow together in a strange musical magic.

Great little C Major videos man.
