Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, will hold a rally in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, a day after Harris announced Walz as her vice-president pick. Harris and Walz are expected to give remarks around 1:20 p.m. CT.
