I was visiting AZ when Gabby was shot.. we were leaving that day..when we heard of the senseless shooting just a few miles from where we were staying.
Horrified..we left saddened that our lovely stay was stained by this craziness.

Bravo, Coach Walt got me to cry, great choice! and Kamala got me to cheer, to get riled up, to stand and applaud as I watched alone in apartment… How do I say this, watching her come out to that enormous crowd and their ovation she received, the love & adoration she was bathed in was thrilling, I can only image how the experience was to those in attendance… well at least for now, it feels like something special is happening, in a very historic way… I can not wait to call her Madam President.

this is so exciting! a few weeks ago i was so regretful about having obtained citizenship as an american (lower case 'a' on purpose). I remember growing In my country of origin and thinking the USA was a role model for the world, the ultimate, safest, most progressive country that would bring the Earth into the future.
Unfortunately MAGA happened....the week of the debate I started working on getting dual citizenship for my US born girls in case of a trump win in November and need to leave.
But now, watching how this Democracy Movement is taking flight, not to mention Biden's sacrifice (I still get goosebumps about it), I feel so truly proud to be an AMERICAN!!
