I was one of the lucky 20, 000 Arizonans at this rally today, and let me tell you, that crowd was LIT!! This Thursday, it will be 60 years since I was born at Fort Huchuca in Cochise County, and today was the proudest I have ever been of my state. I was born on the base because my dad was a Navy veteran who served during the Korean War. He became a teacher and eventually taught at the U of A. My mom also started out as a teacher, and I just started my 33rd year as a high school ELA and history teacher in Phoenix. Yes, I love Kamala, and I have since she was a Senator and I saw her challenge a man with an anti-abortion agenda to please name one law that tells men what to do with their bodies, and he could not name a single one. Seeing her in person was such a thrill, but watching a former teacher, who is now a candidate for Vice President of the United States of America, talking about his students and about this country moved my heart. (He wasn't crying. I was crying. 😂) Brian, you are right. If COACH doesn't get you fired up, I don't know what will! If any of you reading this have a chance to go to one of these rallies, don't miss it. The Harris-Walz history lesson is in session.

Props to the Mayor of Meza Arizona for putting democracy and a country first. Instead of a party .

I rarely comment outside of great rock and roll music but, at 5 AM this morning, in Atlanta, I must admit, I didn't think much about 'joy being brought back into politics' until I watched Governor Walz here. I cry daily for the pain of others. It's been the story of my life and I have ZERO regrets for feeling the pain of others in this world. At 5 AM this morning, I find myself crying actual tears of hope and, yes, joy. Thank you, Governor Walz, for joining the ticket and giving millions joy and hope we so desperately need. Thank you, Vice President Harris, for being the most beautiful person ever, in the White House, on the stage, and everywhere in-between. I'm squalling right now because for the first time I feel hope and, hope abounds all things. I love President Biden like no other. He saved me, he saved us - ALL OF US. And, now we have a glass ceiling to shatter ONCE AND FOR ALL - and give us a new President - President Harris - and I will love you, too. Thank you for caring for the people of our beautiful country, a land of freedom. And, Brian, thank you for bringing us these live streams, updates on important issues, and a new book I cannot wait to read! I'm giving my neighbor, my best friend, a copy just because. Being a voracious reader, he will love it! Blessings to all of you!

This is way better than 2008. It's a team game. This campaign started in social media and now we are all together with the nominees. It started with the people. Thank you, Joe Biden. You rocked trump and pootin!

Was that for real? Mind-blowing rally. I’ve not heard in my lifetime a more persuasive take on fairness and democracy. Hooray for all of us u.s. citizens. Please vote for her vision of our future. We are so lucky she has happened.

So proud of Gabby Giffords and her husband. Tragedy hit their family when she was a congresswoman and got shot in the head. He supported his wife and she supports him. True love. Great example of perseverence and love. God bless.

I'm a Mesa resident and attended the rally. It was amazing and I'm so proud of John Giles our mayor -- Republicans for Harris. The rally was electric and filled with HOPE! Loved every minute! I can't wait to say Madam President!

Never knock service. I am an independent from a military family. My family roots extend from Georgia to Maine to Western New York. If you question 24 years of service, you make a fool of yourself. Vote Blue. D=drive R=reverse.

Shout out to the gentleman that is Mark Kelly. Thank you for showing how a real man treats a woman. Not with cruelty and disdain, but with respect, devotion and love. ❤

I'm from Wales so I don't have a dog in this fight, but Tim Walz makes me smile. He's an absolute joy to watch on stage.
Wonderful.
Congratulations America.

So glad she addressed native communities!!! I think that's very important!!! We need to hear more examples and mentions of abandoned, ignored and disadvantaged groups of Americans.

Would be good to hear more about our food supply vs. healthcare insurance/ practices, we need to value children and all families with policies that support their success and assist teachers and school counselors so they can do what they are paid to do, etc..to name few.

It's time to go with the momentum and just forget all about Trump. We're past him, we're over him.

Let’s just overuse the word “cringe” as our “woke” - “The right and their cringe agenda.”

The guy is just charismatic as f#ck. Man, what a good pick, and what a needed and brilliant sudden switch to the offensive for the Dems. You two are killin' it!

As an atheist I’m happy at the prospect of not having to live in theocracy. Freedom from religion is just as important as freedom of religion.
Couldn’t be more thrilled to vote for Harris/Walz

I never knew Phoenix was so diverse. White people, Black and Brown people, First Americans, young, old and middle-aged. It gives me hope. 💙
