I'm happy to share another walking video with you. I hope you enjoy it and get a great workout! Please let me know your thoughts!

Remember all of the running videos that I post can be walked to as well.

Make sure you're pushing yourself and getting that heart rate up!

The workout consists of (this is all explained in the video):
5 Minute Warm-Up
Incline 1.0 to Incline 15.0 ( 2 minutes at each level)
5 Minute - Cool-Down & Stretching

30 Minutes and done!

On this channel you’ll be able to get treadmill workouts where I will be toughing it out on the treadmill with you. Let’s motivate each other to keep using our treadmills and get amazing results. I will do my best to challenge you to go to new heights to help you become stronger, better and faster!

Many of the workouts are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts. HIIT workouts not only help build endurance, strength and speed but they are great ways to burn an increased amount of calories and with HIIT workouts you get maximum results in less time. Using a treadmill to change your routine and the intensity of your workout can help you reach new highs in your personal fitness.

Again TreadChic, has been designed for all individuals regardless of your fitness level. It is for the slowest of walkers to the fastest of sprinters. Each participant is given guidelines to determine their speed at the start of class.

I truly believe that we need to help empower one another to reach new and wonderful levels. It is my vision to make sure participants complete each workout feeling challenged and empowered to come back and do it again!

Before I go I want to remind you that during the workouts you will be taking your body above your comfort level. Push yourself but be sensible and please remember that each individual is different. This is your class….you need to work at YOUR level and push YOUR level and not try to compete or try to do way more than you’re ready for. We want to make sure we remain injury free so that we can always enjoy working out and making our bodies better. Let’s go!

Got about 3/4 of the way and had to quit. I have to finish this one. Keep up the good work!!! Cannot believe you only have 40 likes. What is going on? I have dropped 6lbs so far by performing your treadmill workouts 3 times a week. Thank you!! Next week, I have to finish this one.

Thankyou for fantastic walking workout!! I've had the treadmill for 2 days & I researched videos last week & was so pleased I found you!! Love that you keep us motivated all the way through. I managed to get to incline 10 but had to decline & slow walking till the end! Really happy & will keep doing it till I get with you to incline 15! Thankyou again 🙂xx

This week is my first of my own personal workout out/wellness and I’m so glad I’ve found your videos! I tried to switch it up to other treadmill videos (no offense to you or them 😅) but I didn’t feel engaged or motivated to continue. I definitely switched back to you got right back in the game! Thank you for all that you do! I can’t wait to see my results ☺️🥰

Omg girl I love you! I just found your videos two days ago and did a few follow alongs. First off you are amazing, I love your energy, how motivated you are, you definitely get me pumped up and ready to go. It’s like I’m working out next to my friend at the gym. Thanks so much. New sub! I got to 10.. did the entire workout but went down on the incline every 2 minutes after 10. I'll be continuing to workout with you to get to 12, that's the highest my incline goes.

Thank you for another great walking workout!! Just a note, when you do the cool down the sound diminishes greatly. But i love working out with you and don’t want to miss out on the live when you start.
