Thank you so much for this new treadmill workout. As mentioned in a previous video comment section of a video you did 2 years ago on the workout for beginner treadmill I started my journey in March 2022. Following that video I have lost 35 pounds by simply adjusting speeds. I am going to add this one now to my regular routine, thanks again.

Amazing work out, very helpful, I was doing elliptical 40 minutes with mix speed and after 24 days I started feel pain round my knee, I am so upset because I need to lose weight badly 😢, please help me any suggestions. Thank you so much x

Don't have the fancy incline treadmill, lol mine is old school where I have to adjust the legs manually lol but I am happy getting back into working out it's been too long, and I let myself go too far.

All treadmills are different cause I go to the gym and3.0 is too fast for me so I warm up at a 1.9 and finish at 2.0
