INGREDIENTS
10 Lbs Prime Ribe
1/4 cup olive oil
10 blended garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon dried Thyme
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
1 Tablespoon dried Rosemary
3 Tablespoon Salt
3 Tablespoons cracked black pepper
4 Celery stalks
2 cups carrots
2 large onions
2 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine
1 Tablespoon flour

I just made this for our Christmas dinner and it was PERFECT! Everyone loved it. I don't care too much for pepper and the veggies in the bottom of the roaster were too spicy for me to eat. Next time I will only use 1 tbsp. of pepper. Also my family loves med rare meat. I took it out of the oven at 110 degrees and it cooked another 10 degrees while it cooled and came out perfect. Enjoy!

Should sit out more like 6 hours....

I edit this because that sounded very critical... I use the X method
500 degree with 5 minutes per pound than turn off the oven and let it sit in oven unchecked for 2 you are a medium type it's 7 minutes per pound

Claudia, I found your recipe video by accident when looking for a good prime rib recipe.. All I can say is, thank God I did!! I made this last night, for New Year's Eve, and it was absolutely the best prime rib I have ever put in my mouth! My whole family went crazy over it, as well as our friends! The flavor from the herbs was perfect and the wine added the perfect touch to the au jus! I will never make prime rib any other way than like this.
