When I became an SDA I was a bit skeptical about EGW being a prophet of the church. Once i started reading her books alongside the Bible and seeing first hand her for telling of events I knew she was a prophet of God.

Lol he just called elder Cotto a troublemaker grew up catholic when I was 17 i left the church after I was told my brother who committed suicide is burning in purgatory and that we need to pray for him, i got angry and i left.

A few years later i read the Bible without anyone and I was convinced about the Sabbath truth, i went to university and found an Adventist church got baptized it's been 11 years and I still don't regret it..

The 7th day Adventist church is the closest thing that I found to the truth. They read their Bible. They don't tell you what's in it. They tell you to turn to and let you read it. Most churches, don't even read there Bibles they throw the bible up off the pulpit. They throw it up at the air and Bang their fist on it. But they don't read it. And I think the critics start reading their Bible. They're thinking oh oh oh oh. I was raised where the Sabbath was a delight and a joy. My family made the Sabbath a day to look forward to. Everyone took part in preparing for the Sabbath. We were not taught that the Sabbath was the way to be saved. The observance of the Sabbath was our expression of love and obedience to the God who loves us. Each week the Sabbath always felt like an unspeakable amazing moment in time.

Remember the Sabbath is the seal of God. If we are not united with God we can not be sealed with God
