In my school, we take “blurting” very seriously but we actually call it “retrieval practice”. when you write everything down that you know without your notes, essentially you are retrieving the information from your short term memory into your long term memory. it’s a very effective revision strategy and I’m glad you mentioned it. also, thank you so much for the amazing tips! loved the video:)

I jumped from a 3 to a 9 in english langauge just by knowing about what the questions are

1. Understand the question+ what it requires of you.
2. Stay away from taught structures such as P.E.E. Let you analysis include lexical fields, symbolic meaning, literal meaning, words + connotations and ALWAYS a language device.
3. Make a unique, out of the box point.

Stacey was my teacher a few years ago just before she started fully focusing on her online teaching. Shes amazing and brings so much more meaning and thought behind seemingly boring and plain extracts.

My biggest challenge with English is time. I usually get full marks on the questions I answer but I always run out of time with at least one whole question left unanswered. Tbh idk what to do anymore. My target is a 9 but I don’t see that happening with this obstacle.
