Tip#1 : pomodoro technique
Tip#2 : space repetition (don't cram last min )
Tip#3 : quizlet (keep retaining)
Tip#4 : put your phone on "do not disturb "
Tip#5 : get enough sleep (8-9hr)
Tip#6 : plan your study sessions (week, plan ahead + he planner)
Tip#7 : get you assignments done on time

Tip 1: Try to have neat notes
Tip 2: If you have notes write it again in another peace of paper and study it 15 minute every night.
I usually study 3-2 nights before but 2 weeks also help I just get bored of studying that topic, so 1 week is good for me.

as someone with severe adhd, it’s really hard for me to focus because i get distracted really easily but i found using the pomodoro method works. For me ill study for short amounts for time then take a break a little longer than how long i studied for, then get back to work. It really works.
