I think this is super useful for if you are trying to do nordics every day. Obviously you can’t just completely overload your hamstrings every single day, but you could use this regressed version everyday. I know Pavel Tsatsuline is really big on doing easier work outs more consistently instead of doing crazy hard work outs inconsistently.

Useful modification. I have ACL reconstruction in a month so goin hard on this sort of stuff to he as strong as possible before I'm out

nice regressions, I was watching some of Ben Patrick's videos but his regressions seem to start with falling forward onto a gym box or such
