Problem with testosterone levels is it varies A LOT. The same person can measure 250 one day and the very next day measure 750.

I'm thinking the same of testosterone levels. I assume that 'testosterone levels doesn't matter' comes from studies with not training or beginners, because 100 ng testo/dl increase correlates to 'only' 1lbs lean mass or so (in not weightlifting people). I guess that effects for weightlifting bros would be higher, because higher testo means that you have improved your sleep and stress levels.

And what is an adequate fat intake considered? I saw the video regarding cholesterol intake but am wondering about fat overall in a balanced. diet.

Menno, is there any other evidence that higher levels of testosterone within the physiological range leads to greater gains? On your video, you are mentioning a study that people were using gel testosterone, but what about natural people?

Long story short, it does (not) make a difference. No confusion here.
