I have struggled with disordered eating since I was a young child. Over time I have learned to just say something along the lines of " I am glad that works for you, but I will continue to focus on the things that work for me."

What about a nutritionist who evades your questions about calorie count/how many carbs you need for your age/sex/height/weight and won't tell you when you ask, or seem to think you can eat "as many as you want" if it's healthy?
