My boyfriend just went vegan a few weeks ago and is immersing himself in vegan rhetoric and research. He tried to tell me today that the egg sandwiches I eat for breakfast almost every day aren't healthy. What goes into them? Egg, avocado, spinach, and whole grain bread (currently enjoying a low-carb protein bread from ALDI), and sometimes an additional protein like chicken or smoked salmon. Currently doing the research so I can have something of substance to say the next time he tries to tell me eggs aren't healthy.

there was a physician on the show the doctors that said there was a study that 2 1/2 eggs per week increased risk of diabetes? I think the finding was related to having too much choline. Thoughts?

Egg have a lot of cholesterol, the first cause of death his hearth desease in occidental contry. When you eat egg you creat atheroma plaque in your arteries and increase significantly your risk of premature death.

But continue to eat eggs all day for vitamins, it's not like couldn't digest it. (lol)
