The Toyota dealer sent me an email with "aggressive pricing." The string attached was Toyota financing. I told them I wanted that price without Toyota financing. The salesman suggested I finance it and pay it off in a month or two. When I want to play games, I visit an arcade, not a car dealer.

It never ceases to amaze me how dealerships will mistreat customers know they know are close to them, but if you look there’s always dealerships somewhere else that will give you a good deal.

I am working on a below MSRP deal right now with a dealership that’s 300 miles away. The dealerships in my area refuse to match that deal. So I’m traveling

The dealer I once worked at the manuf deal was the number of cars they could sell by the end of a month they could take a real loss on a few vehicles if they were close to the total needed at the end of the month because they could well make it up on the incentive they reached. it was a lucrative deal for the dealer. And a good deal for some end of month buyers. Thanks for your informative videos

Saturday, My local Ford dealership "showed me some love" (salesman's words) by offering me a sale price of MSRP -$500 Dealer discount on a $65K truck. lmao

This video exposes all the various channels dealership's use to make money (profit) and rip off their customers, so when any of them they say they are loosing money, walk out! because they are flat out lying, also highlights how difficult buying a vehicle is for those uninformed or not strong enough to challenge these crooks

In the GM (General Motors) world the "Pay 310 Line" is the line you want to see at GM dealerships "Holdback" "Advertising" & "Expenses" lines are associated with the true dealer Cost. Ask for it and "Read It" in Detail!

Maybe you guys could talk about ordering a car with color and option you want. Ex. Lexus. I used the Build a Lexus tool just to find out that getting a custom order of the car you want with with the color and options is a pipe dream.
I was told by several Lexus dealer that that could ask for a specific order but I would have to pay sticker and it may but most likely never be built. They could not even tell me what a Lexus preferred build for a ES 350 Luxury model would come with yet they said Lexus build to most popular request. How do they know what is popular if they never build what they advertise? 🤢😱

A couple of local dealers are offering $1500 off MSRP and $500 gift card. I am still expected to pay doc fee. Is this a good deal on a Toyota?

Getting 8% off MSRP on a new 2024 Subaru Ascent Limited. Is this a good deal?

Quick question…in the current market, is it unreasonable to expect a discounted price on a custom ordered vehicle? In my case, I placed an order for a 24 Ranger and am assuming I will have to pay MSRP, minus any available incentives which are available when it finally shows up. Is this a correct assumption or is there some “wiggle” room there? And I love your videos! Just found them a couple of days ago and have been binge watching them!!

In Northern California, on top of the MSRP, there are factory-installed packages and accessories costing $1400, port-installed packages and accessories costing $309, and delivery, processing, and handling fees of $1395. Do we, the buyers, have to pay these costs?

Is the car buying program really a lowest possible price?

I think it depends on the model---you're not going to find the same deals on a Camry or Corolla compared to a Hyundai or Kia for example. The latter two are scrap metal and not made for the long haul, so they will likely be discounted. In my case, I'm specific on a trim, model and year and I only buy new cars. The only used ones I buy are classics which you can't buy new anymore of course. LOL.

You can pit one dealer against the next and walk in with a bank check and say, "I've done the math. If you agree to this number, I have a check and I'm ready to buy VIN #12345 right now". Depending on how much they need the sale, they may or may not bite.

I bought my 2012 Sonic by coming up with a number on paper and then when the salesman said, "We have a deal right?" I said, "No, I ran a report on GM's inventory system and this car has been sitting here for six months". The look on the salesman's face was priceless. I said, "Yup, I have access He came down $500 right there. I said, "Not good enough" and got up to walk. He said, "We're $100 apart". My mother said, "Tell you what, you take $50, and I'll take $50....". Done. LOL.

No need for extended warranties----you can get mechanical breakdown insurance for a lot less through your insurance carrier. No one wants to be "that guy", but sometimes you have to force your will to be heard.

Do rebates start in the summer since dealers rely on tax refunds to pay for down payments on cars?

I'm in Alberta Canada and looking at a 2024 VW Atlas, I know the trim is different here but the level below R-line or if it's a better deal R-line would work. I have a VW to trade-in as well. I am not sure if you guys have info or help in Canada? its really hard to find some of this info here.
