We challenged Ben Grynol to our version of the grocery games. The goal: find five blood-sugar friendly items based on five prompts in under a minute. Here are the results.

🛒 Crackers: Flackers
Traditional crackers are high in blood-sugar-spiking carbohydrates. Flackers are made with real-food ingredients, including fiber-rich flaxseeds.

🛒 Ketchup: Primal Kitchen
Traditional ketchup is loaded with added sugar. Primal Kitchen’s version is organic and unsweetened.

🛒 Dressing: Primal Kitchen Caesar

Anything that ends in “ose” is a sugar and your body will respond to this food as sugar! Lac-tose (milk sugar) Fruc-tose ( fruit sugar) sucrose (sugar sugar) are all sugars 😢
