We challenged Ben Grynol to our version of the grocery games. The goal: find five blood-sugar friendly items based on five prompts in under a minute. Here are the results.
🛒 Crackers: Flackers
Traditional crackers are high in blood-sugar-spiking carbohydrates. Flackers are made with real-food ingredients, including fiber-rich flaxseeds.
🛒 Ketchup: Primal Kitchen
Traditional ketchup is loaded with added sugar. Primal Kitchen’s version is organic and unsweetened.
🛒 Dressing: Primal Kitchen Caesar
Traditional salad dressings are also often loaded with added sugar and preservatives. Primal Kitchen’s caesar dressing is made with real-food ingredients, including avocado oil, a healthy fat.
