Sir i had got my blood test on January this year and i had sugar level -85 and i also got my ct scanned of abdomen and i have fatty acids in my liver the doctor really didn't day anything how serious it is...but now i think it is serious as it leads to insulin resistance not good at all but the thing is I have low vitamin b12 and vit d and hence low blood level and energy..i don't know how long i have fatty liver 😭 I don't know what to do the ..
