Probiotics for gut health

1. Garlic

It's expensive for two people on low income to get none processed foods and veggies daily.

We buy stuff for salands for a week, then it's gone. Until we go to the store in a few weeks. Until then, we eat oats and processed food. For a person to eat kist raw, non processed foods. People have to be in a high middle class, no kids, no car, no pets, no rent over 375.00, everyone in the family agree to eat the same thing, and not in chronic stress from chronic nerve pain.
