Thanks Dr Mandell for the constant information to keep us healthy. I have been fermenting my own sauerkraut. So simple, 2% Pink Himalayan salt by weight to the cabbage.Two weeks later we enjoy delicious, fresh, healthy probiotics.

Thanks Dr. Mandell!! Amazingly I was just contemplating buying that same jar of Kimchi, so I will try it. Hope it tastes good, I love beets, cabbage, (and other veg that most people in my family don't like :).

Yess find a place to grow and make your own . If you can’t grow them, find a farmers market. Fermented foods are fun

If the aquired taste that is cabbage kimchi is unpaletable, try the type made with radishes. That stuff is awesome.
