Can a judge make a witness testify as to what they saw, regardless if they chose not too?

Who would you contact in Kentucky about a employer threatening to write employees up if they do not participate in mandatory exercises before starting work and after taking our lunch break and is it legal for them to write us up or fire us if we do not participate in their mandatory exercises?

Should I hire an attorney while the EEOC is doing the investigation? Or should I wait on the EEOCs decision?

Hey Vince can you make a video answering the question: "I have a video of my boss reprimanding me for not agreeing with his violation of the law. Should I and if so how should I include the video with a complaint to the EEOC?"

Hi Vince, need your take on this. After complaining about gender discrimination and exclusion by male leadership team member the company put me on a PIP and HR introduced a witness to my meetings with my male manager. I did not work with that witness directly and it seemed strange that he was there. He was not really contributing to the meetings, just watched via virtual meeting app. Never joined in person. They terminated my employment a few months later, denied that I ever complained to them about discrimination. I’m thinking how I can use the fact that HR started requiring witness for my meetings with my manager to help my case. Or should I mention that at all? I knew they were trying to protect themselves.

Your face is too bright and overexposed. Put some shades on that window.
