I got 2 lbs restriction because my doctor asked how much lbs my physical therapist uses 🤪 I said the 2lbs hurts but after cupping, heat, ultrasound and special cream It feels better . There was nurse manager hired by WC she kept pushing when I can return to work than doctor wants to do the PPB injection next visit but my works note today says return to work with 2 lbs restriction.
Problem is I was fired on Christmas Day from the job I got injured . So how this works now ? Do I lose benefits? Because note says return to work with 2 lbs limitation . I was food runner /busser we carry more than 5-25 lbs but if I hold something longer like cary the plates to the guests my torn ligaments hurts . So am I supposed to look for other job ? No one will hire me with 2 lbs why even write 2 lbs not wait till next visit in 2 months since suppose to get the ligament injection that takes me off work again. Any advice on this ? Thank you!
