Diner style is still my favorite. Have has a lot of great times going to diners at all hours of the night getting poutine, pancakes, scrambled eggs, burgers, biscuits and gravy, ect. Just brings back memories.


They are also easy to cook at home

From the USA here. Dry scrambled just a little salt and pepper. It doesn’t need anything else in the eggs. With all the stuff you’re putting into those eggs it might as well be an omelette or carry on and make a quiche. I do love the way everyone supports each other and has fun. The Sorted Team is great.

I'm American, I've recently started doing my eggs Jaime's way and I love it! That French way is definitely in my plans for one lazy Saturday this fall.
