Diet is very important almost 80 % is diet so follow a high protein and low carbs diet, carbs are roti rice bread sugary foods and a lot more I just named a few you can google that, buy a food weighing scale and when ever you eat carbs measure it for example if you eating rice, so measure how much rice you are a re eating, so generally in 100 grams rice there are 28 grams of carbs so if you eat 200 grams of rice that 56 grams of carbs with just one meal, you just try to keep your total carbs of the day under 70-80 grams, carbs are carbohydrates !! And understand when you lose weight, you lose weight when you are in a caloric deficit, suppose your daily maintenance calories intake is 2300, that’s require to keep maintaining your current weight, so when you ll start eating less than 2300 calories a day you will start losing weight, for ever 3500 calories less eaten or burned you lose .5 kg of weight so if you make a deficit of day 700 calories in a day by whether eating less calories or burning more calories the you eat in the gym by exercise is your wish, so 700*5 days is 3500 so in five days you ll lose half kilo of weight and you can go even further down by consuming 1500 calories and burping at least 500 in the gym that will leave you with a total deficit of 1300 per day which will mean that in a week you can almost lose like 1.4 kilos of weight, how fast you wana lose depends on you !! Pro tip, don’t eat too much of fruits that are high in sugar, eats lot of eggs chicken spinach avocado mushroom panner cabbage green chillies and others too you can google !! Also very important cardio is waste of time when it comes to losing weight, go lifts weight in the gym, weight training will help you to lose all the fat really quick, even if you are a girl weight training is very important to lose weight !! Don’t be on the treadmill for hours nothing will happen, go lifts weight !! Hope it ll help cheers

I'm 172cm tall and I weigh 86kg. I have been diagnosed with mild hypertension and doctor has suggested me to lose at least 10 kgs to bring my BP back to normal. My aim is to lose 20kgs. wish me luck.

I lost 32 kilos in 18 months I ate as much normal home food as I wanted just portion control and no white carbs and HIT training changing every two months! I didn't have to cut my calories to be honest it gave me power to work out more!

Bai mene khud 17kg weight loss kiya hai. Without any diet, 8 month mein, only 5km daily runing. Koi diet plan nahi. Koi gym join nahi kiya.
