I have been following many physical videos and I have to say your series is the most important IMO because the other filters/ cleaning systems we have, liver, lungs, kidneys, work by themselves but the lymphatic needs help and your videos do just that !

Thank you so much for your videos and information. I live in an area where there are no Certified Lymphatic Specialists, therefore there is no one for me to go to for help. The closest would be at least 4 hours away and my insurance company says they are 'not in my network'. I have tried to talk to my regular doctors, but they know less than I do. It's very frustrating. I have learned so much from you and I'm trying to do what I can without the assistance of any local medical help. I am in my 70s and I certainly don't get around as well as I used to, but I try hard not to be just a lump in a chair. I have a treadmill so that I can get some "walking exercise" in. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate YOU! Thank you so very much.

Thank you for your work and bringing it to You Tube. I am looking at your playlist for plastic surgery recovery regarding lymph nodes etc. It says that there are 4 videos but three are hidden. I would love to see those three! I had an abdominoplasty and hysterectomy with pelvic floor repairs 4 weeks ago. Recovery is going really well. I’m not a big sweller usually, but do have some swelling I would like to help along as best as possible.

I found Pilatis very supportive for my lymphedema to make my feet slimmer. It works the core of the body and that massages in my experience my lymphatic system .

Thanks for all of this great information. I have a question for you. What are your thoughts on drinking ice verses room temp water? I always drink ice water because I heard that it is good for metabolism. Now I'm hearing that ice water may not be better than room temp or even warm. Thank you

To your point n dehydration, could use of diuretics contribute to poor lymphatic circulation? To your point on valves, if we have known venous valve issues, is it likely we have lymphatic valve issues (like chronic venous insufficiency) as well?
