Most frustrating thing is when you barely drink water and still have to pee almost every hour on the hour. I had to wake up 4 times in the middle of the night to pee.

Great video. Weight loss is a big help. I noticed a huge difference when I lost 40lds last year. Also important to note that folks with diabetes can have more frequent urination as the body tries to get rid of excess sugar. So controlling that will help
