Six morning routine to improve brain power
1. Hydration (soak chia seeds take a glass of warm water add lemon juice, raw honey, soak chia seed, turmaric powder, black pepper and stir well)
2. Anulom viluom pranayam (9 alternate breathings)
3. Journaling (writing your dairy-goals, express gratitude)
4. Stepping out of your comfort zone ( learn new language)
5. Memories some mantras
6.make some time for outdoor activities ( physical activity)
