My 3 Part Communication Skills Course:

Actually, I’ve noticed that I’m comfortable now with the sound of my voice after having created several voice recordings of myself talking about philosophical ideas that I spend entertaining in my mind with my inner monologue. I figured: I already talk to myself in my mind, why not just talk aloud about it? And thus, I’ve indirectly accustomed myself to my own voice. That’s accidentally hitting two birds with one stone!

So I came across this video 2 months ago and I saw so many negative comments but still, I followed his advice and recorded myself speaking every day for 2 months and I must say it changed me completely.. I now have the confidence that I can easily speak in front of the public without any fear..
Thanks a lot for helping me gain this confidence..🙏🙏🙏

This video is so short but it can make a big improvement in your speaking skill.
I know it because I attended to quite many public speaking courses. And most of them told me video-record myself speaking, take notes and improve. You guys should bookmark or somehow download this short to your phone and computer.
Trust me. It's enough for you to get started and move ahead.

This is true I had no sales experience, did this and got a promotion my 2nd week. Man the first time I saw myself reading my script was cringy cringe cringe.... My soul wanted to leave... But I started to improve and not make those mistakes and now I'm a new person.

I started an educational youtube channel where i sat down and explained complex concepts in my field of expertise. I inadvertently went through this process and realized how much i absolutely *sucked* at public speaking. 18 months and 30+ videos later, I'm wayyy more comfortable with speaking, and editing my own face and voice. It was a great exercise.

I've actually done that a few times today and I couldn't believe how fast I improved in just a few videos. Before I was timid, low use of body language and used "uhm" annoyingly much lol.
Now i Freaking realised that I have a personality when I feel confident and enjoy the process of discovery of who I am by seeing how others precieve me in reality.
Thank you so much dudebro 🌐🌟

People don't realize the power of silence. It's much more powerful than umm, ahh, hmm, or any other thing we say to fill it.

In all honesty, when it comes to things I am sure about, I have confidence in my ability to convey them. I am extremely insecure and introverted but I love public speaking and presentations because I know what I am taking about. Put me in a situation where I am caught off guard and I turn into a 14 year old with zero self esteem

"Just *look* at yourself" oh god, the amount of times I have heard that phrase.

This was, personally, the hardest thing I've ever done. But it really helped me clean up, which has led to many new life opportunities.

i’ve made a “lunchtime update” story series on my instagram and i watched one of them one time and i cringed so much but it really did help me be more aware. i’ll have to do it again just to see if i can improve some more

I remember this experience the first time. And it made a lot of sense how people perceive me lol

Lol that kinda makes sense. Years ago I made youtube videos as a way of getting over my social anxiety. I had to force myself to talk to an imaginary audience and it helped me work on my communication skills without as much anxiety
