I’m so glad I found your channel a couple of months ago, you literally think you’re going crazy, so many symptoms you can’t even keep track of them all and the majority of the symptoms I didn’t think were menopause, just that I was dying or something, yet they are from menopause, and they fluctuate, and leave me alone for weeks or months at a time even, and it’s such a relief to know what’s causing them. No doctor would even know half of this.. 🙏

Thank you for all your videos;finding your channel helped me a lot, and I'm sure it helped many women.
I'm 44 and started perimenopause;I didn't know at first what was happening to me-gums, tongue, sore throught, gut problems, anxiety and so on, every period.Most doctors are clueless about it, and dismissive;but channels like yours really explain things and helps everyone understand what is happening to them; not to mention it all comes from personal experience.

Congratulations on the move, lovely home and well done ! 🏡 . I'm still battling with Dr's to get my perimenopause diagnosis, I've got some marine collagen lined up after a blood test to try and manage symptoms the best I can. If the marine collagen isn't for me I'll look at giving liquid collagen a go. Thank you for your videos, they are really helping me during a difficult time ❤

Your house looks amazing. Thank you for your advice and. Your looking great. I now have control over my menopause symptoms and able to sleep better. I do exercise and regular walks. I feel loads better. I'm able to play my piano again. It's took me some months to get where I am now. I keep watching your channel. ❤❤
