We are a buyer dealing with an impossible seller trying to self-sabotage. I don’t think they ultimately wanted to sell so they’ve been delaying stuff getting done but also I’m looking at the realtors for dropping the ball on both sides. For example, the Seller Disclosures weren’t done by the 2nd week in escrow… when we as sellers struggled to get them done our realtor walked us through them. I don’t think the seller has their realtor helping them the same way.
