This is good instruction. It would be even better if Dr. Ben had on shorts so we SEE the different places on the knee he's talking about. Long black pants make it difficult to get a good visual.

Good 😊 I am 5.months post knee replacement and want to work on stiffness which still plagues me when I stand in one spot for a while. I also agree- it would have been beneficial to see Dr Ben in shorts so we could see the knee clearly.

Wish me luck. The klutz here really needs help with at least one knee - fractured the patella last summer - they remove some bone fragments and reattached the tendon.
