I love these new day challenge videos, I’ve been doing them all days so far and I really like them! I’ve struggled in the past with burning myself out but these workouts help me pace myself and feel good when I’m done! Trying to stay consistent and hopefully I’ll see results

thank you sm for putting these out!! i never thought I would enjoy pilates this much. I'm still fairly new to it but your workouts are so easy to follow along with and easier to be consistent with. Never used to look forward to working out this much!! tysm <33
