Thank you so much for making pilates workout challenging and comfortable at the same time, I'm so glad I've found this channel. Pilates easily climbs to be my number one workout these days outdoing jogging and zumba. I've been following your routine (3–6 times a week) for almost 2 months now and I feel fit and strong. I feel like doing pilates every day because it totally works for my body and mind. Not to mention, the instructions with your calming voice is clear. You changed my life! Thank you once again Hannah.
