Actually, be careful if you're in the tipped pelvis club like me; I was always using "correct form" and hurting my back. My personal trainer said us tipped pelvis girlies can't tuck our tailbones/flatten out like that because for us it just hurts. Ny core got much stronger, and I had no more injuries after switching it up. See a personal trainer who specializes in core strength, especially as a woman with any back issues. If you're not sure if your pelvis is tipped; if you always have a perky butt with an intense lower back curve, you probably have a tipped pelvis. Either that or you have perfect genes, so you have great curvature and a dumpy! Lol

I prefer exercises in the water, floor exercises are very difficult
