What about elbows under the shoulders?. I’ve seen lessons where the elbows are past the width of the shoulders. I’ve been told under. What’s the desired way.

Should the body be a straight line (thus the spine slightly sloping towards the feet)? Or should the spine be horizontal, and then it's not one straight line, from head to toe?
