You all know that exercise is good for you. Knowing and doing are however two different things as you know.

I'm here to give you ideas to make it easy for you to exercise anywhere without any equipment and/or large space.

Starting with something simple and doing just a little goes a long way. Taking a small step at a time will lead you to your goals faster than trying to overwhelm yourself by doing a lot.

Thanks for your video.

Many seniors are not able to strech their arms straight and think it is normal. I was one of them.

Is there a movement to fix the problem of not able to touch both hands behind the back?
