bodyweight rows are AMAZING. For me, it is a must as a basic. Horizontal pulling really helped me to get my pull ups to another level.

I quit doing rows after I achieved (finally) pull ups. But now after I saw this video I'm gonna go back to rows.

The explanation of HSPU back to wall vs Chest to wall is what I have been wanting to know for a long time thanks, Another thing that is so underrated is your channel, I know maybe this is to ambicious but I think a Collaboration between you and Calimove Or another one fitnessfaqs would be fantastic
