This is all true. But in my situation she ended up cheating and leaving for some other guy she barely knew after a 2 1/2 year relationship with me about 2 months ago. I immediately went no contact after the fact and handled the breakup as calmly as possible. The best medicine for me was getting back into the gym and pickup bodybuilding again after taking a year and a half off. I eat clean and train dirty in the gym, save money, and talk to other women. I just don’t think I could ever take her back if she tries to come back in the future. Cheating in my book is an automatic disqualification. She ended up being the exact opposite of everything I thought she was. I was loyal throughout the entire relationship.

Have been listening to you for a few months on TikTok. You have shared such helpful gems. Once I understood the power lies in me, the game changed. They are all things great because I made them so in my mind. I put all my eggs in his basket while my basket remained empty. I had no choice but to go no contact. He went back to his ex wife. I sat with my broken heart and made a ll the appts to check my health I neglected far too long. Every day I had something new to see about. Doing this gave me a sense of purpose and accomplishment. It made me feel good. I also went no contact out of shame. She must be laughing. Haha! 12 yrs with you and he came back to me. It killed me. Sometimes you just gotta give people what they want. It tortured me day and night as I woke up to his side of the bed empty and laid down to his side empty. He erased me and was telling everyone he was living his best life back with her. She rolled out the red carpet, of course he was. The goal of no contact is for me to heal and eventually come to terms with IT IS OVER! Stop ruminating! You are hurting yourself now. So that takes practice, but it has been three months and I cry from time to time… but I am accepting day by day. He forced me to choose myself when he walked out. And for that I thank him. I never would have chosen myself otherwise. I hope my transparency helps someone else. It does get better. You are the main character now. You are number one. When you see yourself as such and treat yourself as such, other have no choice but to see that confidence and know… wow, something changed. She is better. How did she do that?
