OMG!!! What a nightmare for consumers with judgments. There is one Debt Collection Attorney that is notorious for renewing Judgments just before they expire. This DC Attorney Firm is aggressive. They will stalk a consumer to the grave, because they are a gutter business.

I woke up this morning to my account at zero, I have a summons but nothing about garnishment or when court is. I'm in Michigan where max garnishment is 25% of take hoke. TH is 494.75 a week they took 475 and yes car payment due tomorrow

How does using a Delaware bank account (with no branches outside of Delaware) offer protection? What balance in such an account might cause a turnover order under threat of contempt of court? There are Delaware banks that offer services to non-residents.

Our bank account was frozen from and old judgment in 2012, but we paid off everything years ago. My problem is after so many years we can't locate the paperwork. I emailed them and called their freezing our account fraudulent. My credit score is/was good before this.
