My channel is at 705 subscribers and 3, 100 watch hours but on my YT Studio, I still can’t apply

Sounds like a con. So I create a channel, I get 500 subs, 3 videos and I also need 3, 000 watched hours (really !!!) - all so that I can get access to my own fan base for donations and Youtube takes 30% cut? Jeeze, just ask for direct Paypal surely……(Friends and Family)….
