"Own that you don't have enough experience" then says we've worked with a 1000 customers. No experience? 🧐🤨

"You are too expensive."
"Not really, we deliver results that you just can't or aren't willing to afford."

‘We’re too expensive, but we’re worth every penny?!?!’ 😂😂😂😂

Saying you're too expensive then Saying but you're worth every penny sounds like you're not able to form a coherent sentence that makes sense, 👍

Maybe I'm lost in the staccato editing but it does sound like the advice is to lie about your experience? I don't think that's a good strategy. In my opinion, it's better to ask: What would remove your doubts? Or alternatively, and Blair is going to hate this, "Let us prepare a short proof of concept."

The reality is that if you're aiming for bigger and more challenging clients, you'll need to deliver the goods. No one, or very few clients, will hire you based on your potential. Customers want to see what you've done and how you've done it. And if you don't have a portfolio ready, you'll need to provide a glimpse of your skills.

This doesn’t really work in a real corporate environment. He’s just trying to sound cool

This is exactly how you don’t handle objections. These three he’s talking about are just things people say to get out of the conversation. The problem is much more deeper with these „objections“. Usually they either think the service/product is crap, they don’t trust you or your business enough or the problem you try to solve for them is not really painful for them. Figure that out and never get fake objections again :)

Nah I can’t be talking to clients exactly the way you do, lol you be coming off rude af

But how to you respond to "you don't have enough experience" if you literally are just starting out?? You want to go after larger clients who can pay £10, 000+ for my package, but haven't got a portfolio of clients.

Or another objection that equally related. Who have you done this for already?

My only recourse is to admit that I may not have the experience or worked with many clients, and offer some type of guarantee to REMOVE the risk.

What's your thoughts @Chris Do? (Hope you have the time to respond or someone on your social media marketing team)

Best content on YouTube. Never fluff, just pure value and Appreciate the consistency!!! You're videos REALLY HAVE helped, as I've implemented certain nuances that have a made a difference in my business.

I don’t care how good of a proposition somebody proposes. If they speak to me like an arrogant asshole and clearly show disrespect towards me and my organization… they can walk out the door with no deal. Respect is one of the most important things in life and also in business

“What if I don’t have 1000 clients?”

Own it, say you’re right. We don’t have experience, but we will. And you can be part of our team now, and have a first rate experience with attention you won’t get from bigger agencies. 👆🏽

This could be reframed through the lens of an "Accusations Audit", a term coined by Chris Voss and his Black Swan Group:

"You probably think we don't have enough experience because we haven't worked with a thousand clients. You probably think we're too expensive, and that we don't know enough blah.

Would it be absolutely ridiculous though to think we'd actually be perfect fit BECAUSE of reasons a, b, and c?"
