The Row is an amazing exercise that will target most areas of your back.

This exercise is ideal for building muscle, strength, conditioning, and can help you progress faster for more advanced movements like Pull-Ups and the Front Lever Pull-Up.

Bodyweight Rows can be performed in a variety of ways, giving you space to explore different angles and ranges of motion.

Using Olympic Rings will broaden that spectrum, allowing you to adjust the movement to your liking.

I actually use a couple of dog leashes for inverted rows. Rings are probably a more comfortable grip though and I just looked up some prices, they really aren't expensive. Great tip!

It would be nice to be able to slow these videos down, pause, rewind etc but the YouTube app doesn’t seem to like that.
There’s a great tip about finishing the rep that I keep going back to see
