Here are three Pro-mo tips I wanted to share with you on back training.

Multi tool for rows. This is incredible
bigger ROM and I can lift 20% more weight this way. Or you can use 2 single hand paddles and a chain link.

Slanted double D for pull downs rows and landmine rows.

Straight arm pull downs with EZ bar and incline bench for greater ROM.

You could use a straight bar as well.

This kills my lower back but I can’t tell if it’s sore because of exhaustion or discomfort because I’m doing it wrong :/

Should I lower the weight if I cant do full rom? i can only do full rom on the first 5 reps then only half for the rest.

Isn't it dangerous to roll the shoulders like he does?

You're literally just using momentum to pull the weight. Should be keeping your back straight for optimal gains

the peak contraction seems kinda stupid. you will only work the rear delts with that peak contraction. if that's your goal, that's fine. but i highly doubt that most people do rows, especially heavy rows, to work the rear delts. if you mainly want to work your back, you should stop at the 90 degree angle.
