Sounds like the crust I grew up on... made with whole grain flour, oil and a little brown sugar...graham cracker taste. For fewer calories cut the sugar in half and even fewer eliminate crust all together and make a pumpkin custard...so good!

Looks delicious. I guess I can bring one to family gatherings in the Fall/Winter since I'm the only one of the three of us who likes pumpkin pie. Lee prefers pecan or apple. Daniel prefers strawberry or apple. I love all kinds of them. I'd likely have to do mini pies with each of our preferences. Daniel is doing well today. He pretty much only wanted to eat chicken tenders today and some of the nutrient dense drinks. His energy levels are normal though. Kids certainly bounce back quicker than us grownups do.
